    Alex arrived promptly and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns about both HVAC units and the issues I’d had with previous contractors. He addressed each of the specific problems I mentioned, then continued with a full review of the entire system. As he worked, I remembered an issue with the newer system—more annoying than truly broken—and asked him to take a look. Alex discovered that while the furnace had been replaced recently, the AC portion was actually quite old. His explanation made it clear that this kind of partial update is not uncommon, though still disappointing. Based on his assessment, I decided to fully update the older system and replace the AC portion of the newer one. Carlos and his team called about 40 minutes before arriving, right on time. Before starting, Carlos and I walked through the job together to make sure nothing was misunderstood. I had a few special requests, and he assured me he would do his best to accommodate them. Carlos, Joi, and Mike parked their sharp-looking trucks in a way that kept the driveway accessible. Each technician explained their part of the job and made sure I understood what they were doing. Carlos managed to honor all of my special requests. Joi made both HVAC units look clean, organized, and professionally finished. Mike installed the outdoor AC units with great care—every hose and wire was secured neatly, leaving the outdoor area looking better than before. The entire project ran with impressive, almost military precision. A separate crew arrived to remove the old units, the new equipment was unloaded and staged in the garage, and debris was cleared away continuously. Everything was completed in a single day without any issues. A supervisor, Tauvarus, stopped by to check on the progress and stayed until the work was finished, ensuring everything met the highest standards. We were very impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail, and overall quality of the installation. The new system looks fantastic, and the crew left the space spotless when they were done.

    Smith came in the planned window of time and started our air conditioning maintenance with a plan of attack. “Start inside end outside.” Not an easy attic to access but he managed just fine and spent about 30 minutes checking out the air handler. I had texted him some work that was done previously and he reviewed that work as well. Then up to the roof and an inspection and cleaning.
